At Mawmaw's Care Designs, every order is made with love — custom printed just for you. Because each item is uniquely crafted on demand, all sales are final once production has begun. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for orders where the wrong size was selected or for change-of-mind purchases. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, and please refer to the size guide on each product page.

We truly care about your satisfaction, and if something isn't right, we want to make it right!!

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at mawmawscaredesigns@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a free reprint or refund. You will not be required to return the item.
