At Mawmaw's Care Designs, each product is custom printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders where the wrong size was selected or for change-of-mind purchases.
Defective or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at mawmawscaredesigns@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item
We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a free reprint or refund. You will not be required to return the item.
Sizing: Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering, as we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.
